No dogs will be accepted without proof of current vaccination
Dogs must be vaccinated against Infectious Bronchitis (Kennel Cough). As the vaccine is a live virus, this must be done 7 days prior to boarding.
The daily rate is charged for the day of arrival up to and including the day of departure.
Boarding fees are due for the full booking period should your animals be collected before the due date of departure.
During busy periods of the year, a deposit may be taken when booking. If in the event of a cancellation we are unable to re-let that period, the deposit will be withheld
Whilst animals boarded at Billinghay Kennels receive every care and attention, they are boarded at the risk of the owner and the management of the kennels can accept no liability. However,Should any animal require treatment, the management reserve the right to call a veterinary surgeon and act upon his advice, the expense incurred will be met by our own Insurance which covers your pet whilst they board with us.
As much notice as possible is obviously preferred, but late or last minute bookings can sometimes be accommodated. We also appreciate as much notice as possible should you have to cancel. During busy periods we may ask for a non-refundable deposit from new customers to secure any booking.
